This is a classic quality old school pique knit polo shirt.  A light 5 oz blend pique knit is silky and smooth and comes in a bunch of colors.  This is one of my top choices for organizations that need a women's and men's cut and don't want the feel or look of the moisture management shirts at a great price point.
