How long does the process take?

      Turn around time for most orders is two weeks.   We are happy to collaborate on the design and colors for artwork and best shirt colors for printing.  If you have a specific date in mind, contact us with your project details and we will let you know if we can accommodate a rush order.

Is there a minimum order?

      To get the most out of shipping cost and design effort, there is a 12 piece minimum order.  The good news is that we allow you to mix and match pieces and sizes - think onesies, tee shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and bags to cover your needs for everyone in your crew.

Can I get a sample?

        As a local shop, we have a showroom of our most popular products to give you peace of mind when placing your order.  Stop by our shop to get a true feel for the materials and colors of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, beanies, bags, and more.  Tim can also work with you to order a store sample if needed.

   

     All orders feature an art approval step, where customers can see a digital mock-up of the image on the product being ordered.  This art approval step also gives you the opportunity to make adjustments and requests for alterations.  Nothing is printed until art is approved, so you will be pleased with your custom gear.

Can I get help with the design?

          Of course!  Timothy Ink is here to help with each step of the process from design and art approval to final printing and production.  Stop by the shop to talk with Tim about what your ideas for a graphic design and product needs.   If you are ready to get started online, click get a quote to share the details of your project.

Can I get my own original design printed?

          Absolutely!  Start with a quote to give us some information and direction for your design.  Tim will work with you to create an image that fits your vision.  If you already have a graphic, we can help digitize it for printing so it appears clear and readable.

Can I order for a group without collecting money myself?

          Yes!  We can create a webstore for your team, club or group so that individual orders can be placed online.  This is a great way to eliminate collecting order forms and handling cash.  We take all the information and payment through the webstore and will contact your

Is my order tax exempt?

          Yes!  In Pennsylvania, clothing purchases and custom apparel are tax exempt.  The few exceptions to this would be promotional products such as signs, banners and business cards.
